About the West Coast Wine Forum

I’d like to start this new blog by introducing my readers to a great wine forum site. I met one of the principal founders of the site when he vacationed in my city. We got in touch in a really interesting way–he read some reviews I’d done of guide books on my city, on Amazon, and after we corresponded, I invited he and his wife to a dinner party in my home. He brought some of his own wine just for our dinner party. It was through his inspiration that I later started a wine-tasting group in my own city. He told me about this website, and I’ve found it a great and fun resource with people talking about wine from all over the world.
