This is a photo of Zara, the first department store in Marrakesh. They were just closing as I arrived, and this photo was taken through their display window on the the main street, Mohamed V. They are located next to McDonald’s, next to Marrakesh Plaza.

Cool pictures. Marrakesh seems to be the meeting point of the cultures of Western Europe and West Asia.

Oh, I saw this plaza last April (last time I was in Marrakesh, sadly) as it was being finished. I managed to get myself into a photo there
